Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
Pelvic floor physiotherapists are registered physical therapists, who have obtained additional training in internal vaginal and rectal assessments. Please book with one of our pelvic health practitioners if you are seeking help for incontinence, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, menopausal heath, post-surgical pelvic rehabilitation, bowel dysfunction, endometriosis, persistent low back or hip pain, tailbone pain or any other condition where you believe a pelvic exam might be warranted.

Are you currently pregnant or recently postpartum? We are here to support you! Our team of registered physiotherapists can help you prepare for and heal from birth. We can keep you moving and feeling strong during pregnancy, help you prepare for your birth AND support your postpartum recovery. Our physiotherapists are trained to treat Diastasis recti, Cesarean rehabilitation and scar management, pelvic girdle pain, round ligament pain, low back pain, coccydynia, public symphysis dysfunction and as well as common birth injuries such as intravaginal scar tissue, perineal trauma (tearing or episiotomy), excessive pushing, incontinence (bladder, bowel, or gas), pelvic organ prolapse (feelings of heaviness/ pressure or a bulge), painful intercourse, tailbone pain, queefing, vaginal dryness or low libido.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapists are primary health care providers with an important role in health promotion and the treatment of acute and chronic conditions. We understand how the body works and the mechanics required to keep it functioning optimally. During your sessions, your physical therapist will use their expert knowledge in combination with hands on clinical assessment techniques to assess, diagnose and treat your symptoms. We offer a manual therapy approach, as well as Functional dry needling (IMS) and medical acupuncture to help you return to function as quickly as possible. Please check out the Canadian Physiotherapy association, or the physiotherapy association of BC for more information.
Pessary
Pessary appointments with a physiotherapist involve the assessment, fitting, and ongoing management of vaginal pessaries for individuals experiencing pelvic organ prolapse or related symptoms. These sessions focus on ensuring optimal fit, comfort, and function, while integrating pelvic floor muscle training and education to support long-term pelvic health.
Kinesiology
Kinesiology is the study of human movement, focusing on how the body functions and performs during daily activities and exercise. Our Registered Kinesiologists use movement-based therapy to help improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function. Our Kinesiologists specialize in pregnancy, postpartum and pelvic floor rehab, but they can also help with injury recovery, pre/post-surgical rehab, managing chronic conditions, optimizing athletic performance, and so much more. Whatever your movement or fitness goals, they’re here to help!
Please Note: We are unable to direct bill for Kinesiology services.
Exercise Rehabilitation
Exercise rehabilitation involves using targeted movement and exercise therapy to support and improve overall health and well-being. These sessions are led by a Registered Kinesiologist under the supervision of a Registered Physiotherapist. While all of our exercise rehab professionals specialize in pregnancy, postpartum and pelvic floor rehabilitation, they can also help you prevent and rehabilitate injuries, optimize function and improve your overall quality of life.
Please Note: You MUST first be assessed by one of our Physiotherapists prior to booking Exercise Rehab.
Clinical Pilates
Breast Health (Mastitis and Mastectomy) and Oncology

ICBC
ICBC Billing Update – Effective April 14, 2025
Due to changes in ICBC’s terms (effective March 22, 2025), we’ve made the decision to opt out of the ICBC Health Care Services Provider Network and will no longer offer direct billing to ICBC as of April 14.
This does not affect your care — all approved treatments remain active, and we’re here to support your recovery.
Moving forward, you’ll pay at the time of service and submit receipts to ICBC for reimbursement. We’ll provide all required documents and are happy to help with the process.
TeleHealth
Please note that most physiotherapy and kinesiology appointments can be switched to a virtual Telehealth session upon request. Contact us to book!
